The Holy Qur'an advises Muslims to consult in personal, family and social affairs, and considers consulting as one of the prominent characteristics of Muslims, and warns them against the tyranny of opinion. In this article, the dimensions of consultation in the Qur'an and the narrations of the Infallibles (AS) from the point of view of contemporary commentators of the two sects (Rashid Reza in Al-Manar and Sayyid Qutb in Fi Zelal Al-Quran from contemporary Sunni commentators and Allameh Tabatabai in Al-Mizan It is studied by descriptive-analytical and comparative methods and deals with the position of consultation in Islam and examines the narrations forbidding consultation with women. In this regard, it has been concluded that from both points of view in Islam, consultation with women, like men, is approved if they have the opinion, experience and piety in the matters being consulted, and the narrations forbidding consultation are not absolute and special cases And the order to consult does not include items that have a text and ruling in the Qur'an. مشورت در دین اسلام و سیره­ی ائمه معصومین (ع)، اهمیّت ویژه­ای دارد. قرآن کریم، مسلمانان را به مشورت در امور فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی توصیه می­کند و مشورت کردن را یکی از خصوصیات بارز مسلمین دانسته و آ­ن­ها را از استبداد رأی بر حذر می­دارد. در این نوشتار، ابعاد و جایگاه مشورت در قرآن و روایات معصومین (ع)، و همچنین روایات منع مشورت با زنان از دیدگاه مفسّران معاصر فریقین (رشیدرضا در المنار و سیّدقطب در فی ظلال القرآن از مفسّران معاصر اهل تسنّن و علامه طباطبایی در المیزان و آیت­الله جوادی آملی در تسنیم از مفسّران معاصر شیعه) با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و تطبیقی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. از رهگذر این بررسی تطبیقی، این نتایج به دست آمده است که از دیدگاه مفسران فریقین، در اسلام مشورت با زنان همچون مردان، در صورتی­که صاحب رأی، تجربه و تقوا در امور مورد مشورت باشند، مورد تأیید است و روایات منع مشورت، مطلق نبوده و موارد خاصی را در بر می­گیرد و امر به مشورت، شامل مواردی که دارای نص و حکمی در قرآن است، نمی­باشد. https://cis.quran.ac.ir/article_145378_e0391122fd80d91916b38e4029499270.pdf
