In recent years, new theories have been proposed about the nature of revelation and prophetic experience that have provoked widespread reactions in the field of religious thought. One of these theories is a new look at the language of the Quran that has paved the way for numerous linguistic and interpretive reflections. Abdul Karim Soroush's theory of "apostle vision", by considering revelation as the prophet's dreams, poses profound challenges to the language, structure, and validity of the Quranic text. The theory of apostle vision, by emphasizing the dream-like structure of revelation, poses a fundamental challenge to the language of the Quran. By raising the issue of whether the language of the Quran is compatible with the language of dreams, this article examines the characteristics of the language of the Quran from the perspective of the Quran itself (such as the description of "bayan", "Arabic Mubin" and "qawul fasl") and the explanations of prominent commentators. Also, with a comparative approach, the structural, semantic and narrative distinctions between the language of revelation and the language of dreams have been analyzed. The necessity of the research lies in responding to the epistemological, interpretative and doctrinal consequences of Soroush's theory, which considers the language of the Quran to be subjective, relative and dream-like. The research method is descriptive-analytical using Quranic, interpretative and linguistic data. The findings show that the language of the Quran, unlike the language of dreams, has syntactic coherence, discursive activism and guiding purposefulness, and the criticisms raised also emphasize the unprincipledness of the foundations of the theory of apostolic dreams, the interpretive nature of the evidence and its incompatibility with reason and narration. Evidence such as the statement of the status of the revelation of verses and the revelation of the Quran due to various questions or events during the time of the Prophet (PBUH), the Quran and narrations' clarification of the Quran's revelation, etc., indicate the invalidation of the theory of apostolic dreams.
