Fadak, the only booty (fay') obtained without combat in the Prophetic tradition, is a central theological-jurisprudential issue of early Islam. This study aims to provide a precise and definitive application of the verses containing the phrase "Dha al-Qurba" (the near of kin) to this event and to resolve the thousand-year historical-exegetical contradictions. The research method is descriptive-analytical with historical, contextual, documentary, and rhetorical approaches. For the first time, the "Fourfold Methodological Model for Applying Homonymous Verses" (lexical, contextual, historical, documentary-narrative) has been designed and implemented. The main hypothesis of the research is that the application of Meccan verses to Fadak stems from a historical phenomenon that this study terms "Narrative Displacement"; this phenomenon emerged in the 4th and 5th centuries AH (10th-11th centuries CE) due to political-exegetical reasons, and only verse 7 of Surah al-Hashr has exclusive indication of the ownership of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (AS). The main findings of the research are: 1. Only verse 7 of Surah al-Hashr fully satisfies all four conditions, and its application to the granting of Fadak to Lady Fatimah al-Zahra (AS) is definitive; 2. The application of the Meccan verses (al-Isra/26 and al-Rum/38) to Fadak results from this same Narrative Displacement; 3. Verse 7 of Surah al-Hashr has a direct implicative meaning (dalalah iltizamiyyah) and personally obliges the Prophet (PBUH) to allocate the share of Dha al-Qurba from the fay'; 4. Exclusive focus on the verse of al-Hashr provides an irrefutable argument consistent with the Shafi'i-Hanbali current within Sunni Islam.
