If you are sure that you entered your email correctly during registration and you also checked the Spam section of your email and you are sure that you did not receive an email, contact your publication expert and report the email problem.
On the login page, select "Forgot your password?". After entering your email address, a new password will be sent to your email. If you receive an error message stating "The entered email address is invalid," you may have entered your email address incorrectly or haven't registered with this email address in the system.
It's best to have only one profile per journal and use that profile for all your roles (author, reviewer, editor, etc.). If you have registered multiple times, you can inform the journal administrator to merge your profiles. To do this, provide your primary email address to the administrator so that all your profiles can be merged into a single profile using the specified email address.
This message means that this username has already been used by another user, and you must use a different username to register. To receive a new password, go to the "Login" section and select "Forgot your password?".
